Trinity 22, Right Energy

In the book, The Promise of Qi, page 3,

There must be some primal force, But it is impossible to locate. I believe it exists, but cannot see it. I see its results, I can even feel it. But it has no form. —Zhuang Zi, Inner Chapters, 4th Century B.C.

Ancient Chinese traditions honor CHI (life force or energy). CHI is rooted in nature and the cycles of the seasons; the rising and setting of the sun, moon, stars, and fire and water, Earth’s magnetic and electrostatic fields, in their multiple manifestations. CHI infuses all of life-human, plants, and the transformation of the caterpillar into a butterfly.

When the purposeful cultivation of inner peace and personal stamina are necessary, many can choose to practice the Chinese art of Tai Chi, noticing Feng Shui in homes and buildings, the healing hands of Reiki. They can choose the ancient India art of meditating, doing yoga, and practice Pranayama-breathing exercises (prana is the breath of life).

Edgar Cayce shares the importance of diet for personal stamina. In the book, Nourishing the Body Temple, written by Simone Gabbay, she shares (page 82) Cayce’s assertion that “those who would eat two or three almonds each day need never fear cancer.” In the Mediterranean region, where almonds are cultivated, it is said that “no one who fills his pockets with almonds need starve on a journey.” The almond is a highly nutritious food. It supplies important amino acids and several minerals, notably calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Almonds are rich in monounsaturated oils, which are relatively stable and not prone to rancidity. The high oil content ensures maximum availability of the fat-soluble vitamin E, which is present in significant amounts. The powerful antioxidant properties of this vitamin further protect the oils from spoiling. The B-complex vitamins, as well as carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the body, are also found in almonds. Current research in confirming the immune-boosting properties of each of these nutrients. You are what you eat. Balance is Key (p. 23) for personal right energy.

The art of reflexology is a form of muscle testing that is applied to find items that strengthen muscle tone.

Polarity practice. In the book, Subtle Energy by John Davidson, p. 94, he shares: “Nature’s polarities are expressed in many ways within living creatures. From the highest point of view, the soul is the creative positive current, while the Universal Mind is the neutral, and the physical universe is the negative pole of creation. Within our human constitution, the energy of our physical thought or thinking mind represents the Positive pole, the emotions-our intermediate energies-largely finding expression a Unconscious energy are the neutral pole, while the gross physical matter of our body is the negative pole. These energies are reflected in the physical brain, the sense organs, and in the throat through speech. These are the centres of intelligence and control within the body. Thus the many conversations about six chakras within the physical body and polarity balancing techniques.”

Noting Mind and Body connections, what about the Soul? Our spiritual connections? In the Bible, Genesis, Chapter 1, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and the darkness was upon the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: And there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good.”

In this sacred place, notice candle lights we share.

Notice the Ray Crosses that act as channels for the influence of the Seven Rays.

The Altar stone works with these Seven Rays. This is an area of right and sacred energy of our music, prayers healing, love, Light, Holy Eucharist, and Spirituality.

“The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree; he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.” Psalm 92:12

And now to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost, three Persons in one God, be ascribed all honour, might, majesty, power and dominion, now and for evermore. Amen.
